About The Project

O2O is a leading online marketplace that connects the top Canadian canna retailers with the biggest brands. We were tasked with the design, development & implementation of a brand new Progressive Web App to serve the platform's 4000+ users. Through an artful coupling of Shopify & Javascript-based frontend technologies, we executed the prototyping & development of an innovative new application to empower the company to deliver unique sales experiences that catered to the needs of their users.

Sales enablement through an immersive closed platform.

In order to serve the platform's unique sales model, we prototyped and developed a bespoke progressive web application through deep strategy collaboration with the internal team and C-suite.

End-to-end design & development for a progressive web application.

We provided a full-cycle platform development process for the client, with the provision of industry-specific Experience Design coupled with our best-in-class development expertise, all in-house.

UI & UX design and prototyping

Cocoon oversaw a process of extensive design and user interface prototyping of the new application frontend and dashboards, based on proposed user stories. The client's bold new brand image was incorporated into our design process, which was subject to a rapid 2 week initial turnaround of V1 prototypes.
